To achieve this, we installed 378 sqm of new Trim Deck roof sheeting, engineered for enhanced durability and protection. The entire roof area was fitted with an anti-condensation blanket, safeguarding the building’s interior from moisture buildup. To optimize water flow and resilience, we added 26LM of new guttering and brackets, while all penetrations were sealed with dry pan flashings to ensure complete watertight integrity. Every vulnerable point was further secured with new dektites, reinforcing the system against future risks.

Safety and efficiency were prioritized throughout construction. Using a scissor lift, our team maintained secure and effective access across the build, allowing for streamlined progress without compromising safety standards.
