We addressed multiple critical elements including flashings, damaged tiles, dektites, skylights, and deteriorated timber window trims. Every ridge and barge was re-bedded and repointed with colour-matched flexible mortar, ensuring both strength and consistency. To finish, the roof was treated with a soft wash and pressure rinse, removing moss, mould, and surface contaminants for a clean, renewed surface.
