Raising the Standard: A Complete Roof Transformation
At Proserv, we approached this project as more than just a roof replacement, it was a full transformation, engineered for precision and long-term reliability. From careful tear-down to meticulous installation, every step was guided by our commitment to performance, durability, and lasting protection.
Engineered for Strength and Efficiency
The new system included 550m² of .48 Klip-Lok roof sheeting, screw-fixed to specification for maximum stability. A full set of flashings, cappings, and dry pans ensured complete edge and penetration sealing, while tie downs reinforced structural security. To protect against internal moisture, we installed a 60mm anti-condensation blanket, complemented by dektites for watertight penetration sealing. For efficient drainage, 175mm quad guttering was precisely installed with correct fall and connected to the existing system.
A Safer, Smarter Build
​The transformation began with the safe removal and disposal of the existing roof components, making way for a clean, uncompromised rebuild. To achieve correct pitch and alignment, timber inserts to battens were installed, securing both structural accuracy and long-term performance.
