Paul Doevendans
Paul is the Director and co-founder of Proserv and is responsible for managing and leading the entire Proserv team. With a sound background in the construction industry and specialist trades, Paul draws on his expertise to oversee and manage all business units and operations of Proserv.
Paul connects with stakeholders and develops and implements strategies to position Proserv for company-wide growth while providing leadership to a talented and growing team.
BUSINESS DEVELOPEMENT MANAGER
Brent Ferrier
As co-founder and Business Development Manager of Proserv, Brent's main focus is devising strategies to continually develop and diversify the business while driving deliverables to achieve stronger brand recognition and financial growth across all business units.
Brent plays a key role in driving new clients and securing contracts while also championing the Proserv brand in the market.
GENERAL MANAGER
Tara Williams
Tara is General Manager of Proserv and is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations across the business. Tara continually looks at ways to simultaneously increase efficiencies and departmental profits across the business.
Tara ensures that the strategic goals of the business are being met by setting and monitoring operational policies for each department within Proserv.
LICENCED BUILDER
Ian Yap
As a Licensed Builder, Ian oversees Proserv construction projects - from the supervision of trade staff and contractors, to coordinating trades and materials.
When it comes to projects within the Residential and Commercial sector, Ian provides advice to clients regarding general construction, maintenance, repair, renovation and remodelling.
ESTIMATOR
Jake McClelland
Jake's role as Estimator at Proserv requires critical thinking and attention to detail as he provides the overall cost and time requirements of jobs and projects for clients.
Jake works on behalf of Proserv clients by performing research, gathering blueprints and specifications, estimating labour and material requirements on a case by case basis.
